Éva Farkas graduated as a sociologist and continued her studies as Ph.D. student, in the area of Management and Organizational Studies, in the University of Debrecen. Over the past years, she has been involved in various projects focusing on the organizational aspect of innovation and has been exploring the working mechanisms of the start-up ecosystem. Currently, she is an external researcher in the Hungarian team of INCODING.
Her particular interest in Algorithmic Management targets the role and significance of the architects and technologists in designing and maintaining AM solutions.
Éva has more than 10 years of extensive professional experience in the IT and ICT industry in various leadership positions, especially in IT service delivery management.
